    A modular steel bridge is a prefabricated bridge assembled using a limited variety of standardized components (truss panels, crossbeams, deck panels, end posts) connected by pins or bolts. Its core principle is to break down the entire bridge into lightweight units that can be handled manually (single piece ≤150kg) and adapt to spans of 6–60m and load classifications from Highway Level I to Military Load Class (MLC) 80 through different combinations (single row/double row/triple row, single layer/double layer).     l Rocking and Rolling Push-In Method: Assemble the entire bridge on the shore, pull it with a hand winch, and slide it across the river on rollers, without requiring equipment on the opposite bank.

    3.Product Materials

    The core materials of our modular steel bridge are all high-performance special steel for bridges that strictly meet the world's mainstream industrial and bridge standards, and the material system is precisely matched according to the functional characteristics, load requirements and service environment of different modules. The core material system is as follows:

    ü Universal modular structural steel for bridges: Adopting mainstream grades such as ASTM A36, A572 Grade 50, EN S355JR and Q355B, with excellent tensile, compressive, bending and welding properties, it is the core base material for the main load-bearing modules such as truss, box girder and plate girder, ensuring the structural stability and load-bearing capacity of the module units, and adapting to the universal design requirements of standardized modules.

    ü High-weathering atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel: Adopting Corten A/B, Q355NH and other weathering steel grades, a stable and dense passivated rust layer is formed on the surface through alloying design, realizing long-term coating-free anti-corrosion, which is especially suitable for modular bridges used in coastal, high-humidity, industrial pollution and other strong corrosion environments, greatly reducing the later anti-corrosion maintenance cost of the modules.

    ü Stainless steel composite anti-corrosion plate: For extreme environments with high salt spray, strong corrosion and high hygiene requirements, 304/316 stainless steel and carbon steel composite plates are used, which take into account the high strength of carbon steel and the excellent anti-corrosion performance of stainless steel, which can realize anti-corrosion maintenance-free for the whole life cycle of the module, and is especially suitable for modular bridges in scenic spots, urban core areas and coastal regions.

    ü High-strength modular dedicated connecting materials: All module splicing connections adopt 10.9/12.9 grade high-strength bolts, dedicated quick-lock clamps and positioning pins that meet ASTM A325, EN 14399 and other international standards, with ultra-high shear strength, tensile strength and wear resistance, which can ensure the firm connection, accurate positioning and uniform stress of the module units, and can withstand the vibration and impact during bridge operation without loosening and deformation.

    ü High-performance environmental protection anti-corrosion coating material: The surface of the module units adopts multi-layer environmental protection anti-corrosion coating system, including zinc-rich primer, epoxy intermediate coat and fluorocarbon topcoat, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance, weather resistance and environmental protection performance, can effectively isolate the erosion of air, water vapor and corrosive media, extend the service life of the module, and meet the global green and environmental protection construction requirements.

    4.Design Features

    Ø Single-row/Double-row/Triple-row Combination: When the load increases, multiple trusses are placed side by side and connected laterally with braces to form an integrated structure.

    Ø Single-layer/Double-layer Combination: Truss panels are stacked in the vertical direction, with double-layer trusses having 2.5 times the bending load capacity of single-layer ones.

    Ø Optional Reinforced Chords: Additional reinforcement rods are added to the top and bottom chords of the truss, extending the span by 20–30%.

    Ø Wind-Resistant Bracing System: Diagonal braces in the transverse direction and horizontal connections resist lateral wind loads and seismic horizontal forces.

    Ø Foundation-Free Paving Layer Design: End columns are placed on gravel beds (bearing capacity ≥100 kPa), suitable for temporary bridges.
