Cold room sandwich panel send to Australia

Today we have a batch of cold storage panels shipped to Australia. He is our long-time customer who has cooperated with us since the early days of the company and purchased polyurethane panels from us.

What are the benefits of using cold storage panels for cold storage construction?

The quality of the cold storage is related to the refrigerator used and the materials used. When building cold storage, almost 90% of our cold storage technology uses cold storage board, because it has the following advantages.

1. The cold storage board has the characteristics of strong resistance to deformation, not easy to crack, and stable. The pore structure of the polyurethane material is stable and basically closed, which not only has good thermal insulation and antifreeze performance, but also has good sound absorption performance. Under normal use and maintenance, the average working life of the rigid polyurethane foam insulation system structure can generally reach more than 30 years. It can be used under normal use conditions during the life of the structure, in dry, wet or galvanic corrosion, and the added cost will be heated up as insect, fungal or algal foam is more expensive than other conventional insulation materials and a significant reduction in cooling costs.

2. The cold storage board has a low thermal conductivity coefficient and good waterproof and moisture-proof performance: the hard material polyurethane has a low thermal conductivity coefficient and good thermal performance. Polyurethane development has the function of moisture-proof and waterproof system. When the closed cell ratio of rigid polyurethane exceeds 90%, it is a hydrophobic analysis material, which will not increase due to moisture absorption and thermal conductivity, and there will be no leakage between walls.

3. The cold storage board has the characteristics of fire prevention, flame retardant, high temperature resistance and good sound insulation effect. With the addition of flame retardants, polyurethane is a flame retardant self-extinguishing material with a softening point of over 250 degrees Celsius and will only decompose at higher temperatures. In addition, ash can form on the surface of the foam when the polyurethane burns, helping to insulate the foam underneath. It can effectively prevent the spread of fire, and polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.
